Returns & Exchange Policy
Urban Tactical stands behind the quality of the gear we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
This return policy applies to purchases made and shipped within Canada only.
All United States and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
Eligible merchandise may be returned to Urban Tactical within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must meet the conditions outlined below in order to be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or modification
Urban Tactical reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet return conditions may be refused.
Please follow all manufacturer washing and care instructions carefully, as Urban Tactical does not accept returns or exchanges due to improper washing or care of garments.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 5β10 business days after the returned item is received and processed for the refund to appear on your account.
If the original payment method was PayPal or Affirm, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns to Retail Stores
Items purchased online at UrbanTactical.com may also be returned at an Urban Tactical retail location provided that:
- Proof of purchase is presented
- The original payment method is available
If the original payment method was PayPal or Affirm, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within the 90-day return window.
For online exchanges, please return the item and select βExchangeβ as the reason code, along with a note indicating the item you wish to receive.
Exchanges may also be completed in person at an Urban Tactical retail store, subject to product availability.
Defective Merchandise
If an item is found to be defective, Urban Tactical will assist with an exchange or resolution.
Defective items may be exchanged at the current value of the product, unless accompanied by the original receipt.
Some third-party brand warranties may require claims to be processed directly through the manufacturer. In these cases, our team will assist in directing you to the appropriate warranty channel.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Closeout or clearance items
- Products marked Final Sale
- Promotional items (including free gifts or buy-one-get-one promotions)
- Underwear
- Face masks
- Gift cards
- Custom, altered, or embellished items
- Patches (unless defective or damaged upon receipt)
To protect the authenticity and collectability of our patches, all patch sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns Outside of Canada
Urban Tactical does not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Canada.
All United States and international orders are final sale.
