What You’ll Do:

•    Drive new customer acquisition and unlock untapped markets
•    Cold call, pitch, and build strong sales pipelines
•    Create winning sales strategies, bids, and forecasts
•    Build relationships with key public safety decision-makers
•    Represent Urban Tactical at industry events
•    Support senior leadership with sales insight and strategy

What You Bring to the Table:

•    3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
•    Strong knowledge of tactical gear and a passion for the industry
•    Former public safety professionals encouraged to apply
•    Confident communicator and expert relationship builder
•    Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Level 2 Security Clearance
