Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, Urban Tactical Brantford (UTB), the Retail Sales Associate will offer a distinctive shopping experience to all customers which include: Law Enforcement, Correctional, Fire, Paramedic and other Government Agencies and departments; Construction Industry; and Retail customers. By delivering exceptional customer service, the Retail Sales Associate will achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by leveraging their extensive knowledge of the products, its features and benefits; demonstrate active listening to identify customer need, and engage in solution selling by presenting the appropriate products and services which meet the customer’s requirements.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate include: Developing and maintaining full knowledge of all products and services offered; Organizing, straightening, folding and packaging products to present an orderly, professional appearance; Maintaining appropriate levels of all inventory on the sales floor and stock areas; Cleaning and dusting of product packaging and display area; Adhering to policies, processes and procedures to ensure the appropriate products and services are offered to each customer / customer group consistent with contracts (as applicable).
