We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who’s ready to deliver a standout shopping experience, every time.
The Impact you’ll make:
- Greeting customers, listening closely, and offering the right gear for the job
- Learning our products inside and out so you can confidently offer expert advice
- Keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Helping customers with product fittings, returns, and special orders
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales goals
- Contributing to a positive team environment built on trust, respect, and hustle
What you’re about:
- A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Retail or sales experience (2 years preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Comfort using POS systems, handling cash, and basic computer tools
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role (standing, lifting, etc.)
- High school diploma (Grade 12); additional education is a bonus
