Made in the USA from carbon steel with a nickel finish, the cuffs feature 23-position locking, a 54" overall length, and an adjustable 15.25" distance between cuffs. The wrist opening starts at 2.04" and the inside perimeter tightest setting is 1.8". Ideal for security and restraint.
