At Urban Tactical, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping rates, processing times, and policies for Canadian and U.S. customers.
Shipping Rates
Canada
Free shipping is available on all orders over $500 CAD (before taxes).
For orders under this amount, Urban Tactical offers $15 flat-rate shipping across Canada.
Expedited and priority shipping options may also be available at checkout depending on your location.
Please note that the $15 flat-rate shipping does not apply to oversized items or remote destinations, including Canadian Territories. Additional shipping charges may apply in these cases and our team will contact you before processing the order if necessary.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during regular business hours excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST will typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
During promotional events, holidays, or peak order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
Special Order Items
Some products listed on our website may be special order items sourced directly from the manufacturer.
If your order contains a special-order item, our team will contact you within two business days with an estimated arrival timeline.
If you have a specific delivery deadline or require confirmation prior to placing your order, please contact our team directly.
United States Shipping
Urban Tactical proudly ships to customers in the United States.
All U.S. orders ship from Canada.
U.S. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges associated with international shipments. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Urban Tactical is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All U.S. orders are final sale.
Remote Locations
Additional restrictions may apply to certain destinations including:

If your order requires special shipping arrangements, our team will contact you with an updated shipping quote before completing the order.
Missing or Stolen Packages
Urban Tactical works with trusted carriers to ensure orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Once an order has shipped, delivery and handling become the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered, Urban Tactical is no longer responsible for the shipment.
If your order appears to be missing or stolen, we recommend the following steps:
Check around your delivery location, including entrances, mailrooms, or with neighbors and building management.
Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a delivery investigation or submit a claim.
Provide any documentation required by the carrier during the claims process.
Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping provider.
