The Smith & Wesson chained handcuffs are designed for the safety of both small and large prisoners. They feature a unique contoured shape, so they open 25% wider and close 25% smaller than standard Smith & Wesson handcuffs. These cuffs use a push pin double locking system and meet NIJ Standard 0307.01 requirements. Each cuff weighs 12oz and has 31 locking positions with a maximum overall length of 9.85 inches. Comes with two keys included.
